Wedding Day Management in Boston

At Elle Weddings and Events, we cover the full spectrum of wedding planning in New England. Recently, we have received a growing number of inquiries about our Wedding Day Management package. Read on to find out if this service is right for you.

  • You’ve completed the planning process but are looking for someone to help with the final details

The date is set and invitations are printed. Vendors are booked and contracts have been signed. Now, it’s our time to shine. Our Wedding Day Management package begins about 3-4 months before the wedding day. This gives us time to work with our couples and create an optimized wedding day timeline that aligns with the vision and vibe of their event. We also handle vendor communications regarding timeline and any concerns that come up along the way. From hair and makeup in the morning, to the bride and groom’s grand exit, our logistical project management will ensure the perfect day.

  • You don’t want to be the point of contact on the day of your wedding

The timeline is complete. The vendors know when and where to set up. You are sitting in the makeup artist’s chair and your husband-to-be is relaxing with his groomsmen. But who is supervising the setup of your event space and putting the finishing touches on your favors? Elle & Team of course! Since we have already connected with all of your vendors (and you!) in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding, we know exactly what your expectations are regarding your rentals and event aesthetic. We act as your wedding day advocate during the event setup and make sure that everything is as it should be.

  • You want on-site help to ensure your Boston wedding runs smoothly

As soon as the first guest arrives, we will be gently guiding them to where they are meant to be. Latecomers trying to burst through the church doors while the bride and her dad are about to walk down the aisle? Not on our watch. We are there to fluff your veil, remind you not to hold your flowers too high, and ensure that guests comply with the “unplugged ceremony” signs. We will make sure you are saved a plate of appetizers if you happen to miss them during cocktail hour and we will even help bustle your dress before your first dance. We are there to help you look and feel your best.

  • A full service planner isn't in your budget

We know that full service wedding planning in the Boston area is not in everyone’s budget. For some couples, it makes more financial sense to secure their venue and vendors on their own but outsource the Wedding Day Management piece to experts like us. You can think of this service as purchasing some peace of mind, knowing that all the time and money you invested in your wedding day will be protected by a flawlessly executed plan. Now that’s priceless.

As always, contact us to learn more.
