“My wedding is planned - but I need some help with the day of logistics”
Wedding Day Management: This service is great for brides and grooms who have already booked their venue and vendors but need some help with the final logistics. How is the bridal party getting from hair and makeup to the first look? Who will hand the bride her bouquet and fluff her dress before she walks down the aisle? Where are the programs located for the ushers to pass out to the guests? We’ve got it covered. Our team will manage all timelines and logistics for the day of your wedding, as well as oversee the setup and execution of your wedding day. We’ll attend all final planning meetings to ensure a seamless transition. With this service, we typically begin working together 3-4 months before your big day.
“I have most of the big stuff booked, but could use some help with final details and finishing touches”
Partial Planning Services: Couples who have already secured their wedding venue and some bigger ticket vendors will benefit from our Partial Planning services. In this option, we start planning earlier so that we are able to create and execute the design and aesthetic of your wedding. We will also provide recommendations for any vendors you are still on the hunt for, suggesting only those that fit within your budget. We will make sure that all components of your wedding are on track to stay on budget as well. As we get closer to your wedding date, we will start to create timelines together and cover all the logistics that are included in the Wedding Day Management package. In Partial Planning, our work begins around 9 months before your event.

Full Planning Services: Starting from scratch? Let us take the hard stuff off your plate. With Full Service Planning, our team is here to plan your wedding from end to end. We will first establish a budget, and then move on to securing a venue. We will schedule meetings with potential vendors and help negotiate contracts with the ones you choose. We are happy to oversee everything from the event aesthetic and design, to the floor plan, hotel room blocks, and management of your rehearsal. We will manage the months and weeks leading up your wedding day in their entirety. No stone will be left unturned and no bridesmaids bouquet will be left in the limo.
“I have a special case that doesn’t fit into any of these scenarios - can you still help me?”
